Welcome to the Touchpoints Intake Form! Please use this to initiate planning for any marketing touchpoint, event, or collateral.

Upon submitting this form, touchpoints@robinhood.org* will be notified a team member will follow up with the next steps.

Please submit this form as early in the planning process as possible to grant more lead time. 

Note that the details submitted in this form do not need to be final and are subject to further discussion with stakeholders. For any questions, please email touchpoints@robinhood.org.

Roles

Touchpoint owner is responsible for: making key strategic decisions (for audience, creative direction, timing, etc.), soliciting input from and delegating to stakeholders, and giving final approval on content.

Stakeholders consult on key decision points — including revenue strategies — and review content. Include the names of INDIVIDUALS (not entire teams) who should be kept in the loop. Marketing and DevOps are included as stakeholders by default.
Touchpoint Info

Events: Corporate volunteer events, Deep Dives, Friends of RH Breakfasts, ticketed and non-ticketed events

Marketing touchpoints: mail merges, mass email, list sends from Salesforce, direct mail, telemarketing campaigns, social media pushes, direct appeals, event invites

Collateral: any deliverable associated with a touchpoint/event, as well as standalone pieces like a DME web page or updated evergreen materials (101 deck, ways to get involved insert, fact sheet, etc)

Timing



If this is a recurring touchpoint (e.g., newsletter), include upcoming dates here. Note that these dates are only calendar holds for reference; you will still need to submit this form for each unique touchpoint.
Audience


Will you need to exclude Board/LC? Recent donors or ticket purchasers? Other donor segments? 


List Pull Request Instructions
Email AllDevOps with your list pull criteria and the information you'd like included (ie. giving info, nickname, giving level, giving status). Note who should be excluded (Board/LC/Former Staff). Also note if only primary contacts should be pulled or both primary contact + spouse.
