1. While charity athletes earn guaranteed entry, they are still responsible for paying the race registration fee ($255 for NYRR members/$315 for non-members).
2. Each athlete is required to raise a minimum of $5,000 by November 7th 2025. You will be asked for a valid credit card number when registering for the team.
3. If you need to drop out of the race for any reason, the deadline to notify us is September 5th, 2025. If you must drop out after this deadline, you will still be required to meet the $5,000 fundraising commitment by November 7th, 2025.
4. Team Robin Hood athletes should attend at least one marathon event (team kick-off, weekly runs, pre-race pasta party) and be willing to pick up their swag at our office.
5. Perks for Team Robin Hood athletes include: a professional running coach, personalized training plans, weekly team runs in Central Park, dedicated bus to the start, race shirt, and more (including some bonus incentives).
